SKW Extensions does not exclude liability for any damage caused due to improper installation by the stylist or improper maintenance by the client. After granted the SKW certification, we are not liable for any defects, damages, or misuse of products from the stylist or the client. SKW Extensions will not be held responsible for any damages caused during, and/or after the hair extension application process.
All stylists and consumers agree to use SKW Extensions at their own risk. Hair extensions can damage one's own natural hair. SKW Extensions will not be held liable for any costs associated with the installation or removal of the product, no exceptions.
Every effort is made to consult buyers on the instructions to care for hair extensions and no guarantee is given. Please see our hair care sheets for care and maintenance of your extensions. We also recommend you visit our FAQ page for further information.
All SKW classes are nonrefundable. However, we will gladly allow one to transfer to a class on a different date.
